Our Company

We are one of the North Shore’s leading building and remodeling contractors.  JBS Builders has been renovating homes in the area for more than twenty-five years.  Jeff Schwartz began working as a carpenter in 1979, starting JBS Builders in 1984.  After graduating from Indiana University in 2009, his son Brent Schwartz joined the company beginning a second generation of building excellence.
